Author/Vendor Spotlight: Promoting Bilingual Children's Books for Literacy and Diversity
Join us for an impactful community event that’s more than just back-to-school prep! On July 21, 2024, from 10am to 2pm, we’re coming together to support families, promote literacy, and ensure that children and teens are ready for the school year ahead.
This exciting event is designed to combat food insecurity and offer essential support to local families. We're distributing healthy food baskets, offering free haircuts for both adults and children, and providing a wide range of services like job training, workforce development, and parent support. In addition, we’ll be supplying essential household items and after-school programs to help children stay engaged and focused throughout the year.
