Snorkkel was born from over 15 years of working as a preschool educator, nanny, and grandmother—roles that have allowed me to witness the incredible potential of young minds. From the magic of story time to the excitement of discovering new characters, places, and ideas, I’ve seen how children’s imaginations can turn ordinary moments into extraordinary adventures.
With a background in chemistry and a lifelong passion for curiosity, I’ve always been inspired by the way children interact with the world. Their endless questions—big and small—ignited my passion for writing Snorkkel, a series of children's books that blend creativity with valuable life lessons on kindness, empathy, and embracing diversity.
Through Snorkkel, my goal is to create stories that not only entertain but also inspire children to grow, learn, and see the world from new perspectives. With bilingual storytelling, I hope to offer young readers a bridge to both language and culture, providing books that support English Language Learners, ESL students, and those learning English as a Second Language.
